Turkish Airlines states that if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of making a reservation, a full refund may be requested; however, the passenger must be aware of certain requirements in order to do so.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the intended departure in order to get a full refund.

The Turkish Airlines 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply to tickets reserved through the Smiles or Miles programmes.

The airlines claim that electronic vouchers, Egift certificates, and travel credits are not covered by the 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel within 24 hours after making your reservation, the airline won't charge you anything.
